Peter Anthony John Ingram

Mr Peter Ingram is a geologist with a strong background of over forty years’ experience within the Australian mining and mineral exploration industries, including over thirty years of public company management.
Mr Ingram was formerly Managing Director of Universal Resources Limited prior to its merger with Vulcan Resources Limited. He now acts as a Non-Executive Director of the merged entity, Altona Minerals Limited.
In addition he previously held the positions of Managing Director of Metana Minerals NL, Eastmet Limited and Australian Oriental Minerals NL. He was also a founding councillor of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC) of which he is an Honorary Life Member and former President.
Anthony Paul Rovira

Mr Tony Rovira is a geologist who has worked for 30 years in the mining industry in Australia, in Mexico and in the South Pacific Islands.
Mr Rovira graduated in Exploration and Mining Geology from Flinders University of South Australia and has been responsible for the discovery of several mineral deposits in Australia which have been developed into operating mines.
Mr Rovira’s most famous discoveries were the rich Cosmos nickel sulphide deposits in Western Australia. When operating, Cosmos was the highest grade, open pit nickel mine in the world. Mr Rovira was awarded Prospector of the Year Award by the Australian Association of Mining and Exploration Companies for this discovery.
Mr Rovira is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Azure Minerals Limited.
Dr Wolf Gerhard Martinick
B.Sc, Ph.D, FAusIMM
Dr Wolf Martinick is a Fellow of the AusIMM, a founding director of the Perth-based consultancy MBS Environmental Pty Ltd and is Chairman of Weatherly International Limited, a company listed on the London AIM stock exchange. He was a founding Director of Basin Minerals Limited, an ASX-listed mineral exploration company which discovered a world-class mineral sands project in Victoria, Australia.
Dr Martinick has been involved with mineral exploration and mining projects around the world, especially in Australasia, Africa, China, India, Eastern Europe and parts of the former Soviet Union. He has participated in numerous due diligence studies on mining projects on behalf of international financial institutions and mineral resource companies for a variety of transactions, including listings on international stock exchanges, mergers.

Mr Brett Douglas Dickson
Mr Brett Dickson has over 20 years’ experience in the financial management industry, focussing his career primarily on companies in early stage resource development. He has Chief Financial Officer for a number of successful resource companies listed on the ASX.
Mr Dickson has also been closely involved in the financing and development of a number of greenfield resource projects, including the Mt Horner and Blina Oilfields, the Beharra Gas Field, the Nimbus silver-zinc deposit, and the Dongara Mineral Sands deposit.
Mr Dickson is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Curtin University.
